The search is on for EK Princess 2012! The search is open to all young ladies ages 15 years old and above with pleasing personality and good looks.

Princess Victoria is the epitome of intelligence, beauty and substance. She emanates good values, radiates kindness and valiance of being a woman. If you feel you have what it takes, join by filling out the application form on Enchanted Kingdom or ekprincess2012's Facebook page and send accomplished forms via email to ekprincess2012@yahoo.com. Deadline for application is on August 31, 2012.

The winner for EK Princess 2012 will get a chance to be Princess Victoria and host the EK Storybook Live Show on weekends. A cash prize and exciting gifts also await the lucky princess winners. 

An initial pool of 100 candidates will be selected from all entries received by Enchanted Kingdom via online, in-park, hand-carried and other modes of approved and verified applications. The selected pool of 100 candidates will be evaluated via pre-set criterion: 40% EK screening committee, 40% Purchased receipts within EK (i.e. EK park tickets, food, drinks, merchandise) P1.00=1 Point, 20% Total Facebook likes and SMS votes.

Enchanting Broadway Coming Your Way!

Catch Enchanted Kingdom’s Enchanté Broadway on its second run this month of August with its dazzlingperformances from the Great White Way  - Broadway ! Show-stopping Broadway hits slowly but surely heats up the coming rainy season with songs from classic Broadway musicals.

Enjoy the succeeding film adaptation performances from Enchanté casts like the dashing Dream Girls and Maria’s reminiscent role in the Sound of Music. Get charmed with Ian Jacinto’s solo Saxophone piece. Unveil the mystery in the Phantom of the Opera as it captivates the audience by its tragic romance. Fall in love again with Disney’s Beauty and the Beast with its tale of true love and sacrifice that will never grow old.

Dance to the beat of “Footloose” from the classic film Grease. Sing to the tune of Fame and enjoy the melody of Chorus Line. All these and more as Enchanté goes Broadway! The musical will be showing on all Saturdays and Sundays of August at Enchanted Kingdom.

The name of the game is ‘speed’ this month of August with Enchanted Kingdom’s exhilarating events. Gear up for a month of excitement as the world-class theme park's attractions, entertainment and events drive you a notch higher.

Do you want to know story of the Enchanted Kingdom? The EK Storybook Live Show will be unveiled and EK characters will come to life in this storytelling treat for all ages. It's a special storytelling event you won't want to miss all Saturdays and Sundays of August!

Enchanted Kingdom also brings an extended season of remarkable Broadway musical performances with Enchanté, as well as Ian Jacinto’s powerful saxophone performance and the Marquez siblings’ impeccable rhythm with Ian Jacinto & the Siblings every Saturday and Sunday.

Bring the young ones to enjoy never-ending fun and educational experiences as Enchanted Kingdom presents Animal Encounters - a close interaction with exotic animals led by US-trained animal handlers, and EKstreme Science with Science Sam and Puppet Elaine. To accelerate the celebration of Speed month, cheer for racing aficionados as they get ready to rev-up their engines in EK Rally Cross on August 4 and 26.  Kids and teens will also have the chance to race on track with the Enchanted Kingdom Wizards Club (EKWC) RC Speed Track on August 26. Another reason to race to Enchanted Kingdom this month is the Cosplay Festival for costume enthusiasts on August 11, 2012 from 11 am to 8 pm.
