Year two of Enchanted Kingdom’s Brigada Eskwela this 2013!

 Now on its second year, Enchanted Kingdom takes one step forward in promoting education with EK BRIGADA ESKWELA: Creating Enchanting Learning Zones For Kids, a partnership activity with the Department of Education. 

The Adopt-A-School "BRIGADAESKWELA" program adopts public schools from the CALABARZON area for the beautification of classrooms. Selected classrooms from the area are transformed into an Enchanting Learning Zone by cleaning, re-painting and themeing of walls, and incorporating EK values, E-Kindness Advocacy, EK characters and theme zones. Following the success of the first Enchanted Kingdom Brigada Eskwela last May 30, 2012 held in Platero Elementary School at Binan, Laguna, EK will once again adopt one school.

The EK BRIGADA ESKWELA slated on May 29, 2013, 8:00AM, at Dita Elementary School, Sta. Rosa, Laguna will be participated by EK Cast Members. Enchanted Kingdom and Tourism Congress of the Philippines partner towards tourism industry growth

This year, Enchanted Kingdom partners with the Tourism Congress of the Philippines in harnessing the potential of the Philippine tourism industry.

The Luzon Conference and Consultative Meeting, a consultative meeting with various stakeholders, aims to update concerned people from the industry on the National Tourism Development Plan; share the ADB-CIDA Program on Improving Competitiveness in Tourism and the programs and developments from the respective Regional Coordinating Council in Tourism; generate awareness as well as readiness for the ASEAN Integration in 2015; and give updates on the various convergence projects and programs of the different member government agencies with the Tourism Coordinating Council.

With the theme PHILIPPINES: Global Competitiveness in Tourism, the event is supported by various influential individuals from the tourism industry including the Department of Tourism through Secretary Ramon R. Jimenez Jr. and DOT Undersecretaries Daniel G. Corpuz and Victoria V. Jasmin; National Competitiveness Council Philippines Private Sector Co-Chairman, Mr. Guillermo Luz; representatives from Luzon Development Councils, Airport Authority, DPWH, DOTC, BID & DFA, and DOLE; and Enchanted Kingdom President and CEO, and currently 1^st Vice Chairman of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, Mr. Mario O. Mamon.

One hot summer fun with Enchanted Kingdom’s Summer Kiddie Workshops!

Make summer learning more fun as Enchanted Kingdom and Technology Resource Center (TRC) promotes skills training through edutainment.

Experience learning with a different twist by spending a fun-filled day at Enchanted Kingdom! The Summer Kiddie Workshops conducted by TRC will definitely make this season definitely like no other through a series of free workshops on beaded accessories making, flower arrangement, balloon twisting, cologne making and chocolate molding.

So get ready for a jam-packed summer and hurry to Enchanted Kingdom as the Summer Kiddie Workshops begin on all Saturdays of May! Rush to the Boulderville area as registration for all the fun starts at 1:30PM and the workshop proper starts at 2PM.
